Just a quick reminder that the MISFITS Geek Prom is only 2 days away!
MISFITS Geek Prom will be held at the Sheraton Bloomington on
Saturday, May 16, 2009. The theme this year is 8-Bit Boogie; inspired
by old school video games.
Social hour begins at 6:00pm and the doors will open at 7:00pm,
lasting until midnight. Entrance fee is 10 dollars in advance, 15 at
the door—or bring a non-perishable food item and we’ll knock off the
door-price back down to 10. A cash bar will be available all evening.
Formal attire is not required - but we encourage you to dress in your
geekiest. Don a costume, old and new prom get-ups, or even just your
favorite t-shirt and jeans! There is no age requirement, so
everybody, come on down and boogie with the geeks!
