MISFITs Changing Name; Hosting Logo Contest

in Science Fiction and Fantasy (MISFITs) is changing its corporate
name to the Geek Partnership Society (GPS), effective May 1, 2010.
After much reflection, we feel the new name provides a better
identification of the Society’s direction toward partnering with geek-
related groups, organizations and events.
Our New Logo is missing -- is it in your imagination?
A new name means a new look and as you can see, we’re currently
without a GPS logo. So we're inviting you to design it! Send us your
ideas; the winner gets our thanks (free), a coupon for merchandise
branded with the new design ($50), bragging rights (priceless), and
more!
Not an artist? We don't care. Give us your best idea, we have artists
who can take it from there if need be. If your idea is chosen, you
still win!

Of course, there’s the “Legal Stuff” to consider. Please note, all are
eligible to enter, all submissions become property of GPS, and we
cannot guarantee return of paper submissions.
Additionally, please note that if you submit something by mail, your
name and contact information must be included on a separate page to
keep the judging anonymous.
We will announce our final choice by the end of April.
