GPS - Final preparations for U.G.G. Gaming!!!

Hey all!!!

I'm including you all, as you are folks who I know game, or have expressed an interest in participating in the gaming event we have scheduled for July 26, 28, 30.  The current game plan is as follows:

• Tuesday, July 26th 6:00p-10:00p - Tabletop gaming, and general gaming
• Thursday, July 28th 6:00p-10:00p - Warhammer Gaming Tournament and general gaming
• Saturday, July 30th 10:00a-10p - Magic Tourney and general gaming

On Monday, July 18th, I'll be at Waterbury at 7:00 to lay out the plan for events and such.  I'd love to have some people help me lay out the fiendish and diabolical plans for others...

I know that several folks have agreed to lay out some games, such as Dave R's Pathfinder game, and Elliott's tabletop game.  I'd like to get a feel for the number of people and the amount of time scheduled for each game.  Just to make sure that we can maximize the amount of fun time available!!!

Andy,

On Wednesday night, I showed up for the planning meeting but no one was there from 7pm through 7:30pm.  I eventually left.

Did anyone eventually arrive?
