it's the dollars per calorie ratio.
for instance, it's comparing the dollars per calorie ratio of being a
writer to that of being a janitor.
and then cross-indexing that relationship with the respective dollars
per second ratios, and the dollars per IQ points ratios, etc..
...
if your dollars per calorie ratio was stamped upon your forehead, and
updated real time, mirrors would take on a whole new dynamic.
(objects appear closer than reality).

Isn't the dollars per calorie a characteristic of food, not people?
