People whom I'd push down an elevator shaft, smile, and go have a nice
lunch.
(there are three such people, all still alive as far as I know, so I
may yet get my opportunity)
People whom I'd like to see in orange jumpsuits and leg shackles
(mostly politicians, especially including Bush, Cheney, and their
acolytes)

You got it. Personally, I think these Bernie Madoff haters are a
bunch of cry babies. They knew it was a gamble. Had they put their
money in the bank and Bernie was a banker they'd have a gripe. As it
is, they don't. Bernie was not a bank. Why should anyone cry for this
guy . . .

Those who create TV commericals with loud chewing noises, dogs, kids,
adults, whomever

Because I have a minor ADD afflication that cannot screen out or abide
chewing noises. They are like nails running loudly down a blackboard
to my nervous system. Having them suddenly come up on my TV screen
when I'm not close enough to turn it off can cause ... damage. Esp.
that one with the stuffed up kids noisly eating - what is up with
that? It's suppose to be appealing?
