I didn't mean 'doubled over with laughter', necessarily.

The other two-word joke is 'canned haggis' (an actual product).

The man is obviously quite confused, just a day or two he was saying
that bone marrow is the food of the gods... frankly I suspect that
he's having some metal problems related to what imaginary people eat.
