If I've said or done something that makes me doubt myself, because whether
or not I'm confident is up to me. Well, if a bunch of people got together,
pointed at me, started sniggling, and I heard words like "ugly as a really
ugly hag," that might shake my confidence just a tad but I wouldn't lose it.

If I'm exhausted. Or if after putting time and energy and sweat into
something that turns out to be just plain futile, that'd probably do it too.

Negative people.

I usually tough things out to the bitter end, but as with the whole losing
resolve issue, sometimes you just have to say this ain't freakin' worth it
and move on.

Just came back from visiting the in-laws. If being with someone makes
me feel badly about myself (or causes me start questioning my reality
as crazy folks tend to do) I don't spend time with them.

Not so easy to do when those same people are family.

Josh and I both came back feeling not a bit as though we'd been on
vacation. And that wasn't just because we were stuck overnight in
Newark thanks to a cancelled flight.
