there are so many regularly updated sites and incoming emails, and
they're so well-organized and fed to you on a silver (spinning)
platter, that once you get to the end you can't resist starting all
over again.

so while you intended to sign-off after just a quick review, five
hours later, you find yourself begging yourself not to do another
quick loop around the track.
