Does anyone know offhand the name of Jodie Foster's production company?

Foster's Egg Pictures did Nell, Home For The Holidays, and assorted others.

Not sure if that company is still active but it was until just recently.
They tend to come and go.

Yes, we're often mistaken for broccoli.

I doubt it, but ask them and see. Query letter might do.

Most likely. Or an attorney -- wait a minute, you're Dauntless Felicia
Saskatoon Attorney -- ask one of your barrister friends to submit for you.

Felicia,

According to Skip Press's book, "You must have your agent or lawyer
contact [Egg Pictures] and explain the project before forwarding it to
Egg."

I submitted to Egg a few years ago...they required script be sent by a
WGA reg. agent: the "D" gal made me pitch over the phone...then the
agent had to pitch by phone. If it is just sent in by a lawyer or an
agent they won't read.. The policy may have changed since then (
'98)...check current policy.

Feb. 7th Egg Productions showed up for UCLA's Pitchfest. Meg LeFauve is an
instructor in the Independent Producer's Program. She, her class, and the
company are all very well respected. It's worth getting a script to them
if you can. Great people.

Brick,

Actually, Jodie Foster is one of my favorite actresses. I've seen
everything she's ever done. I doubt very much that she's a lesbian, and
it doesn't make any difference to me if she is or isn't.

I would say you have more in common with Serafilm. You both attack
people who disagree with you, and do it simply as a knee-jerk reaction
because it eliminates any need for you to think. I assume that "Brick"
describes your head's size, shape, density and lack of any ability to
understand anything.

Yes it does. And she is.
You are homophobic, Ed. Everything you've posted in the past has indicated
that.

Don't be preposterous, Mr. Lake.

I assume that "Brick"

And "Ed" presumes your lack of something? Once again, don't be absurd.

Your response to my jibe at your homophobia is at best an indication of your
fears.

I have nothing else to say to your ignorance.

You doubt it?
So, what, she's lying?

What's probably MORE sick is that Mel Gibson, on record many times
regarding his extreme distates for homosexuals and homoexuality, spent
so much time with his tongue down Ms. Foster's throat in Maverick.

Seems homosexuals are bad people who spread disease... unless there's a
substantial cheque attached.

On the lot at Paramount, 5555 Melrose. Can't think of the building name off
hand.

Disturbed42,

Has she ever said she's a lesbian? I've never heard that. And I would
think that would be BIG news. I know she's been accused of being a
lesbian because she isn't married, because she's intelligent, and
because she's a strong and ambitious woman. But male idiots always
accuse such women of being lesbians, just as female idiots accuse guys
of being gay if they don't hit on every woman in sight.

Brickhead,

If you look over my posts you will see I only questioned the bizarre
notion that gays are born gay. Calling my homophobic is just more name
calling on your part, your way of avoiding any intelligent discussion -
which you are obviously incapable of.
