WTB: Landscape Paintings & Mission Furniture

I am looking to buy American landscape paintings. I am not necessarily
looking for works by listed artists, since I have found many that I enjoy
which are done by amateur artists.

I also collect Mission oak furniture (like Stickley, etc.) although once
again if a piece is well done and unidentifiable, if the form and
workmanship is nice, the manufacturer is not important.

If you know of anyone with the above items and refer them to me I will
pay you 5% of the sale price as a finder's fee.

I am not a dealer, just a serious collector of objects from the 1st half
of this century....

If you have the above items and are not selling but need help evaluating
them, I will help the best I can via the net.
