Fragment of Moscow Metro (Subway) station at NY World Fair'39

Hello everyone,

I was recently told that a small 1-to-1 fragment of one of Moscow
Metro stations (namely, Mayakovskaya) was reproduced as a part of the
exhibition at the World Fair'1939 in NYC. May anyone have more
information about that? What happened to the fragmet after the fair
