In Russia you meet them _everywhere_. When driving M10 highway from
St. Petersburg to Moscow they always come to offer services when
you stop somewhere...And near Moscow foreign truckers stay over
night at what we call "cages", there the guard doesn't let any other
local people into cage, but those girls get in paying a little fee...

In every location in the world there are hookers, not just truck stops.
If a man is so inclined to search out a hooker, he's going to search out a
hooker, whether or not he's a trucker.
Yes there are a lot of hookers in TSs. They're called "lot lizards"
because they're the lowest form of life. But contrary to truck lore, they
do not "come on" to anyone. They are there and available and those who
want to partake of their services will find them.
Buy your husband a "no lot lizard" sign to put in the window of his truck.
That will make you feel better.
I have more than 4 million miles of OTR, believe me, I've seen a lot of
lot lizards in my time, but there wasn't one of them with whom I'd have
even considered talking let alone paying them. They're for the most part
the ugliest women in the world.
BTW, tell your husband that Sunbury (see Eric Doucette) and Brookville
(see Bill Ervin) are hiring.

Actually, I think a lot of the guys at rest areas don't do it for money,
just for fun. They're probably a bit more polite than the "budget boys."
