It has been a while so I forgot all of the facts that I heard , but I heard
it was her trainer who was also her boyfriend who live there in
Indianapolis... They did catch him. At least that is what I heard..

THE INDIANAPOLIS STAR
Indiana State Police are asking for help from anyone who saw anything
suspicious near a white 1999 Volvo semitrailer truck parked at the Flying J
truck stop last week.
Valencia "Vicky" Blair, 40, of Knoxville, Tenn., was found shot to death in
her rig March 2. State Police have arrested James Simmons, 43, of Virginia
Beach, Va.

Indiana State Police on Tuesday arrested the estranged fiance of a Tennessee
truck driver found shot to death in her semitrailer truck at a Far-Southside
truck stop.
James Simmons , 43, of Virginia Beach, Va., was being held without bond on a
preliminary charge of murder at the MarionCounty Jail.

A Knoxville truck driver was found shot to death in her semi, which had been
left parked, locked and running at a Far Southside truck stop for two days,
authorities said.
Valencia Blair, 40, was driving a U.S. Xpress Volvo truck from New York to
Indianapolis. She left New York on Monday and was due to deliver her load
Wednesday, said Sgt. John Wheeler of the Indiana State Police. She was
hauling a load of glue.
