I thought that since you have no one in your life I'd wish you happy
birthday. Please don't be too sad that you have no one. Someday you'll find
a man or woman. Maybe Cheryl might even come back to you and do more than
just call out your name. I hope your day goes well and your brother might
get off the couch and come and see you. I sure hope so. I can't imagine how
lonely you must be. But keep your chin up and stay on that radio and maybe,
well you never know.

Roger Wittekind born 11/08/1956 according to his court record.

I won't waste my time with your fake names because they're too long so I'll
just say HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROGER.

See I'm nice to you so you think maybe you will not get me unplug??? please
please please.

Thanks David, and I won't be changing my name to Sukiyaki this week after
your kind post.

I got a call from your abuse department today. They happened to call while
I was waiting to be unloaded, so I had some time to talk. Along with some
other things I said, I gave them the case ID # that they gave me earlier and
your IP address. They probably won't do anything yet and I told them I
would call them back in one week, but I guess that will depend on you.

As for "lonely" everybody has someone, or something that loves them more
than their own defilements. Think of that as the glue that holds everything
together. <stop>

As for Cheryl, the strange thing there is, some other woman always shows up
at the oddest times. How do you think I could just walk out on Cheryl and
then keep my distance away? Yep, another woman.

Even in that letter, that I wrote to the person that helped me the most with
my second jury trial, Richard Coppula, I mentioned one woman I met toward
the end of that letter. Things always seem to turn out ok, one way or the
other and I don't really have to worry about it. I even had fun with a
woman, that I had lunch with in Des Moines when I was there with my truck
two Fridays ago.

As for the Automatic I am driving this week. Dang, sometimes, right after
starting the engine, it takes a very long time to get into any gear. That
is the worst part. I also noticed that it only uses the Jake brakes below
7th gear. After that the RPMs take a long time to drop. As a matter of
fact, it takes so long for the RPMs to drop, in the higher gears, it messes
things up on long up hills. It might upshift only to downshift moments
later. I started using Manual after that happened a few times, but
sometimes it will downshift on a hill, then upshift at the top and the
cruise will stay on. That was neat.

Note for topper: There is no such thing as a baton for the qcdc(where you
found that photo). That was not a "relay" race. <stop>

You're welcome. Glad I could help. I haven't received any phone calls from
Comcast but still waiting.

Ya know, I just got home last night and just got on the comp this
morning but it only took me abt 15 seconds to figure out which socks
were his. During the last 6 weeks while I was gone I would pop on
from time to time and it was easy as hell to tell his socks. All I had
to do was look for the ones that made little or no sense and whined and
complained alot. Then I knew it was RTQ.

AND you were probably wrong again, just like you have been so many times
before.

I will say this now. With your use of the acronym that Dave Ruff started, I
keep my complaints going, about Dave's abuse of his "Acceptable Use Policy."

FYI, the "Acceptable Use Policy" that Dave Ruff should follow, would not
allow him to make his libelous and defamatory remarks.

You should read you own use policy. You're very hypocritical and you can see
comcast has not pulled my plug. Oh yea they did call me and asked if I
wanted a higher speed connection. I have made my own personal decision to
stop wasting time on someone that I believe to be phoney. I can play your
games also but choose not to. I'll always believe what I want to believe
just like the other posters believe what they want to believe. It's sad that
you can't see that. But that's your problem not mine.

Dave,

I wonder when Scott is going to post again. Yes, when they called about
you, I asked about him.

They were not too happy when they found out that e-mail address he has been
using, on Comcast is not his. Yes, they gave me a separate case ID # for
tscottme, right after I mentioned that, and the other item on his
"Acceptable Use Policy" that he has abused.

If they don't stop him, from using a bogus e-mail address, I guess they
might not stop you either.

And to think, the crap on this NG continues, just because realitytrucker
came back and kept the old shit alive.

In my opinion, I think you thrive on treatening people with you abuse
reports. If you get an outside judge they will see you're just as guilty as
other people with your abuse and violations. You're a big factor in keeping
your flame war alive with others. As far as myself I've moved on and choose
not to involved in your war any longer. To me it's a huge waste of time.
Lets see how many more times you mention my name and accuse me of what other
people think. And for the record I never started anything, I only repeated
what others said.

Quick story, my son just got his driving license on his first try. Now I'll
teach him the Smith System.

Thanks, but as long as there are remnants of your "flame war" as in the
acronym that realitytrucker posted on this thread, I'll keep doing whatever
I can.

Don't forget, 12 jurors found me "Not Guilty." I have yet to find out why
that judgement should not have been used throw out the first jury trial.
That is the only reason I couldn't get anywhere with the "Malicious
Prosecution" lawsuit. I'll present that issue, to the ARDC, one of these
days and see what happens. Even if nothing happens, it will probably make
the final page on my justicegonewild web site.

Now back to trucking. Next week, my first trailer will be around 70 feet.

Thanks Elmer,

BTW, I was at a Pilot in Pennsylvania, on I80, exit 153 the night of my
Birthday. I think I stated "BTW, I am about 40 miles from Ringtown PA as I
post this." That was *Air* miles not driving miles. It probably would have
been about 70 miles driving.

As for earlier on my birthday. I received a phone call from someone looking
for a regional driver. I will know more about it next week.

Tim,

Not paranoid. You have used Dave Ruff's anagram and you have used his
"wannabe" term in the past two days.

As for his anagram. Let me remind you where that started. It is in the
post below.

NOW PLEASE COOL IT FOR EVERYBODY INVOLVED. It hasn't helped a single poster
on this NG and it has managed to get rid of a few of them. You want names,
well I can give you one name real quick. Look what ScanMan said about it
right before he quit posting here.

Next time try the truck stop on exit # 147, Snow Shoe. I think it's

I used NOTHING of Dave's. I determined you to be a wannabe by reading
your posts...not Dave's, not Zeke's....YOURS. Can't you understand
that?? Tell exactly which part you're having trouble with and perhaps
I can get my 4 year old nephew to explain it to you in detail.

>

> post below.

It started the day you entered this group. Not with any particular
post. You read ONLY what you want to read. You listen to ONLY what
you want to hear. You are incapable of comprehending the truth. You
live in a fantasy world. Just like your court case. You LOST that
case, Roger. Another poster researched that and discovered that you,
in fact LOST. Yet you continue to boast that you won.

You are a LIAR and a FRAUD, Roger, and you just can't accept that fact.
You continue to post here day after day and make a complete and utter
FOOL of your self.

You are not a professional truck driver. NO ONE can post as much as
you and still drive OTR as you claim to do.

Lets bring some democracy into the group, shall we? Lets ask the
group: WHo should leave...me or you? Who should leave...Dave R or
you? Who should leave ...Zeke or you? Who should leave...Dave Smith
or you? Who should leave...everyone you do not like or YOU??

Do you really want to see the answers to those questions? Would it
really matter? NO! You'd remain here, posting your BULLSHIT.
Accusing, threatening, whining, complaining until the day you die.

I've known people just like you and there is one simple word to
describe you: LOSER !

Thats what you are, Roger. A LOSER. Always have been and always will
be. A freaking LOSER.

Cool, I like places that always have parking. I managed to get the last
stall at the Pilot, but a few opened up shortly after I parked.

Pardon the name change, but Zčke wanted the name George Harrison, so I let
him have it. If he wants this name, I'll let him have it too.

Now, I just wish I'd just given up on the name Rocky Roads, a long time ago,
when Zčke wanted that name. The fight for it, was not worth it.

The truck stop at Snow Shoe has large slag covered parking lots and
several family run businesses to serve you. A new BWAS camp will be
under construction there by next summer. Tell them Uncle Elmer Hanley ,

Yes, George Harrison was a Beatle.

Kyu Sakamoto, can be also be spelled Kyo Sakamoto and that is why you might
not have recognized it. He is the person that sang "Sukiyaki" in 1963.

As for the "Old Rocky" I just can't fight for a display name anymore. When
Zčke, or some other imposter wants to use my display name, it is easier for
me to just go to another display name than to try and fight for an old one.

I wish now, that I'd changed my name completely when Zčke first started
impersonating me. Too many people, like Dave Ruff and realitytrucker acted
like they could not tell the difference between my post and when Zčke posted
with my display name, but I know they could.

Yes, this NG has shown it's IQ. Like where Dave Ruff got upset over
something stupid that happened in December 2003 and just won't let it go.
He terrorized me from that day on and I've never been able to get my head
above water ever since.

Look at it, I am still fighting the term "wannabe" even though, if it were
true, it isn't bad. Posters here just have to make it look bad and then
they wonder why there are no real "wannabes" on this NG. Duh.

Thanks again and yes, if I go to Snow Shoe next time, I'll do what you ask.

Careful how you teach him the Smith System - someone bought the rights to
it, if you can belive it! Now someone "owns" the wording of the Smith
System. Unreal.

Barry,

Does Schneider still teach the Smith System? I was surprised to learn
that my company does not. Their philosophy is that if it's in the
mirror, it's history and they want you to keep your eyes looking
forward. Of course the want you to watch the mirrors for the obvious
reasons, turns, lane changes, and backing.

Trouble is once one has used the Smith System for a considerable part
of their driving career it's hard to break that habit.

That's how I found out someone bought the rights to it - I was told last

They' like most, will just reword it for their own uses. Really silly, if
