There's another one like that. Someone posted a link to the demolition of
an old deficient bridge in downstate NY several weeks ago. Google
Streetview supposedly had a streetview going across the bridge (still open
at the time, apparently one lane controlled by a traffic light) but
looking at it resulted in similar psychedelic views.
I'm surprised whatever auto-screening process they use didn't catch
that. I didn't go north or south at all to see how far it goes.
There are sections of I-10 in west TX that do that after the sun goes down.

There's a similar effect on the Ohio Turnpike/I-80/90 westbound
starting about 1/2 mile east of the Toledo Airport and Exit 52
(SR-2). I guess that they caught the malfunction just into Indiana,
maybe at the Indiana Toll Road Eastpoint mainline toll booths, since
it clears up at MM 148, between Eastpoint and the first set of service
areas (Booth Tarkington/James Whitcomb Riley) east of I-69.
