RATES FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING TANK RAIL CARS

Can anyone give me a general idea on what would be a reasonable charge for someone to unload 5000 gallons from a tank rail car to a tank truck. I have been quoted $150.00 per load. Regardless of whether it is going into the rail car by tank truck or out of the rail car into a tank truck. Also, I have been told that 350 dollars a month is a average charge for leasing a lined tank rail car. Any comments are welcomed.
