In may I will visit Oslo. We will arrive at Gardermoen and use the
train to get in the city. But we would like to have a few questions
answered before. That would be a great help.
- Does the stopping train Eidsvoll - Olso - Kongsberg has a toilet on
board?
- The Flytoget has a special fare, and does not show up in hafas and
nsb.no. Does this also mean that regular and Flytoget tickets are not
interchangable?
- Is a seat resevation compulsory on certains trains?
- I have no experience with online buying tickets at nsb.no. Does one
get a paper ticket by post, a simple number, of does one have to pick
up the ticket at the station?
Thanks in advance.

Yes. Class BM72 EMUs.

Regular NSB tickets aren't good on Flytoget. I don't know about
the other way (I suspect not.) Rail passes aren't valid either.
It's a Big Secret (well, not advertised widely) that regular and
much cheaper and only slightly slower suburban trains operate
through Gardermoen.

Not Gardermoen-Oslo S.
Some long-distance do sell out at some times of year.
I'd just ask at the ticket counter when you get there.
Or send mail/phone NSB if you're really worried.

No experience. If you're just buying point-to-point tickets, I'd
just buy them in Oslo where you can ask questions at ticket sales.
Everybody of course speaks perfect English (just like the Dutch!)
