There is no plan that I am aware of to make use of that corridor and
actually construct a rail line into the redevelopment for CityRail trains -
there is too much vested-interest money coming from private developers who
want to ensure trains are kept out so as much revenue as possible is
generated from the big increase in road traffic. sigh.
