DC to Orlando: info request

Since I've only been on one real train trip, and I was too young to
remember that one, I thought I'd ask some experts about what I might
be able to expect out of a trip from the Washington DC area (Lordon,
VA, actually) to the Orlando, Florida area (Sanford, actually). My
fiancee are considering putting us and her car -- oops! that's "our"
car now! :-) -- on the train as part of our honeymoon. So what's an
18-hour traintrip like? What the heck does one really get for an
economy sleeper? Neither one of us has any real experience with train
trips, let alone Amtrak, so this is your chance to sell us not only on
this particular trip, but on train travel in general! Any and all info
would be much appreciated.
