State and local general sales tax rates in Washington?

I am trying to figure out Publication 600 (Optional State Sales Tax
Tables). To fill it out I need to know the "local general sales tax
rate" and the "state general sales tax rate". I have no clue where to
find this information. I live in Washington. Pointers to any web
sites would be greatly appreciated.
