If you ever have personal tax problems and the IRS is looking for
a bank account to levy - if you have a business bank account set
up under your SSN - your business account will be vulnerable to
levy. This is not advise - this is information. You decide how to

No EIN is required for a sole proprietorship with no employees unless she
starts a Keogh plan.
