Urgent - need voucher mailing address

I lost the IRS address to which I mail my 1040-ES (estimated tax)
quarterly payment and voucher. I live in Oakland CA; I know the address
is somewhere in or around LA. Does anybody happen to have it handy?

I do not have that particular address handy. I could find it, but I
would not be so concerned. The address is a lockbox. You can also sent
directly to the Service Center in Fresno:

Mail to address on the right side of your payment voucher. Absent the
window envelope, write the correct address on the envelope.

If you do not have the government provided voucher the following counties:
Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calveras, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado,
Glemm, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Madoc, Napa, Nevada,
Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Jacquin, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano,
Sonomo, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Yola and Yuba -

Mail the Voucher to: P. O. Box 510000
San Francisco, CA (94151-5100)

All Other California Counties Mail Voucher to:

P. O. Box 54030
Los Angeles, CA (90054-0030)
