And if you're not in an installment agreement, and filed a tax return
but no money with the extension, but have come into money now and want
to mail a check, what is the address?

The default answer to all your questions is to mail it to the address you
file your return to. They're all available at the IRS website.
Eventually it'll all work itself out.
They may just draft your bank one more time or three before it does.
