Per BNA Handbook, listed under COMP 350:111, W2's have to be SENT by January
31 to the employee. BUT, if an employee has relocated, the deadline is
extended to (I think) Feb 18.

Deadline for mailing of W2 forms under normal circumstances (employment not
terminated during year, no change of address, etc) is January 31

The instructions to Form W-2 state that employer's are to mail the
employee copies of W-2's by January 31, and the original's to Social
Security Administration by February 28.
