I'd like some feed back on this post on my blog about survival knives,
I have this nagging feeling i missed something.

"The most important thing to remember about a survival knife is that it
is a hand tool, it is not a machete, a pry bar, a hatchet, or a
screwdriver. I know that I tend to push the multiple use tool a lot, but
when it comes to a knife you need in the bush, or in hand to hand
combat, the simpler is better."

You pose a contradiction since a survival knife may need to be used as a
machete, a pry bar, a hatchet, or a screwdriver.
