VP. Assuming some Republican doesn't cuck, there won't be a new
Democrat VP unless Democrats "win" majorities in both houses in
2022, or failing that, "win" in 2024.

President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall
take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of
Congress."

A simple majority is required in both the House and Senate.
