The Constitution delegates no power to the president to ignore a valid law
enacted by Congress (the Presidential Records Act) and *steal* documents.

In any case, when Trump *stole* those documents, he was not president. Having
been defeated in a free, fair and clean election by Joe Biden, Trump was already
*ex* president when he *stole* those documents, including all the classified
ones that he never declassified.

This is settled.
