Now there is a barracks lawyer!
Back in early 74 while in the Air Force (at 17) I recieved an even
more compact reminder of how to play games in the form of a pair of
blank dice 0.6 inches square. They remind me :
1) Always say "no, excuse sir" which pinpoints where the fault really
lies.
2) If you do not ask permission, then it can't be denied.
3) Never volunteer, it will make you tired before bedtime.
4) Any judgement, including your own is better than no judgement by
the uninformed.
5) The man on the spot knows when the iron is hot, see 4)
6) If you do not know what to do, then do nothing and watch how the
situation develops.

Duh! There was more but after 27 years who can remember what happened
on a cold dark night under the stars while drunk on bourbon, vodka,
tequila, gin, scotch and Colt 45 malt liquor ?

never say pay or play,
