When mixing on site, how much concrete could one guy pour and finish in one day?

With a small electric concrete mixer (2 bags of 60# or 80# ready mix at a
time) I'm not able to mix much more than an area of 6' x 12' by 4" thick,
anymore I'm not able to finish before it sets in. That was about 44 bags of
60# of ready mix.

Would having two small mixers on at the same time increase productivity? I
don't think I could, or want to, do more than 100 60# bags day.

I don't know how much a bag mixes. I order a truck load of aggregate
mix and mix it with Portland cement. The most I ever did by myself was
a 7 cubic yard slab. It turned out pretty good, but I did it on a 40
degree day when the concrete was setting very slowly. I started about
7:30 AM and finished after 10:00 PM.

Since then, I picked up a 1/3 cubic yard mixer for $50 at a garage sale.
I welded up a 5 cubic yard hopper that discharges 1/3 cubic yard of
aggregate at a time, and fill the hopper with the front loader on my
tractor. Add 2 bags of Portland cement and I have an honest 6-sack mix
that cures out at about 3500 to 4000 PSI, depending on how much water I
dump in. So far I haven't automated the cement dumping process or
adding water.

1/3 cubic yard of concrete weighs over 1000 lbs, so it's not something I
can tote around in a wheelbarrow. I discharge into the tractor bucket
and place it that way. It takes about two hours to get everything set
up, but then I can mix and place about two cubic yards an hour. Plus,
it's a whole lot easier on my 60 year old body.

60# ready mix is about 1/2 cu ft and 80# is about 2/3 cu ft.
