Many people think that iPhones/smartphones are intentionally designed to
be addictive. *No* they aren't. Apple isn't in the business of keeping
people hooked. Think about that, how a computing hardware or operating
system can be designed to be addictive.. What's worse, nobody thought so
until around maybe 2015.

However, at the same time they are right, but with social media apps and
games. The only reason why people say so is because of popularity of
social media apps and addictive games on those devices. In this case,
yes, shit is real. Just don't go to App Store if you don't want to
become addicted, nobody forces you so.

Apparently, when they say "smartphones are designed to be addictive"
they really mean "social media is designed to be addictive".

Here, please add your own propositions to 10000 reasons why smartphones
are NOT designed to be addictive, but Social Media and Games really are
as they are saying.

Please send your points in any number you want to.

I will begin.

1. No *real* evidence Apple is designing their phones or apps to be
addictive
2. Most geeks have one, minus social media apps and those shitty games
3. Tech professionals are using them, minus above
4. People tend to use them less after they get rid of social media apps
(now that's some *real* addictive technology)
5. Google result count for "smartphones are designed to be addictive" is
much lower than for "social media is designed to be addictive".
6. Grayscale mode (don't search for this, as you risk getting obsessive
bright-color disorder)
7. Talk to Apple Support (case #101028092197 NOTE: Apple products are
not designed to be addictive, which is *not* to say there aren’t
technologies that are constructed to purposefully hook and addict users
like social media and games)
8. Governments are designing apps at them
9. They are just an evoloution of older cell phones and WAP/i-mode
