Delete Apps from itunes

I have several Apps I downloaded and have since removed from my
iPhone.
I want to also remove them from my itune Applications menu.
Can someone tell me how this is done?

Right click on the app and select DELETE.

on the left side of the itunes window, click on applications, then
select the apps you no longer want and hit the delete key. it will ask
you if you want to delete them only from itunes and keep the apps, or
delete the apps and also move them to the trash.

you can always re-buy the app should you decide you want it again, at
no additional cost.
