For some reason my wife's phone has stopped sending/receiving imessages
to/from me. All her messages are coming up green rather than blue. This
started last month. Some of her group chats work but not others. Any
suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Disconnect her iPhone from iCloud and after a restart reconnect could help.

Has happened to me in the past. She may need to log out of Apple and
back in.

May need to do so on more than one device.

(And hard to say from the context above, but the issue may be on your
side - may need to log out there and back in (and on more than one device)).

Ensure iMessage button is still toggled. Settings - Messages - iMessage

Try toggling Settings > Messages > iMessage.

If the issue persists, try logging out and back into iCloud in Settings
> Apple ID (your name at the top) > Sign Out (all the way at the bottom).

I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead.
