good breaking in...looking at his page, it appears that it only
measured wind gusts up to ~26 MPH. I wonder if that's accurate.

large tree east of the mast. Most of our winds are from the north or
south. I know the rain gauge was wrong, I have to check the trash
filter and make sure that I did not put it in too tight. with
moderate rain it reads the same as an old style rain gauge, but it
really came down hard last night.

We had 75-mph winds recently, and home weather station read about
46-mph.

So, is the data captured elsewhere and just not uploaded when internet
connection is out or without an internet connection is nothing
captured at all?

connection is out or without an internet connection is nothing
captured at all?

of 43 MPH. That means that we could have had gust over 70 to 80. The
airport, 5 miles east of us, reported gust of 71, but their data was
not complete either. If you use a PC it will also capture the data.
It will even get data for the last few days if the PC has been turned
off.
