I did go out on Thursday night though to hear Dave
Panting at Erin's.
I haven't been out to folk night at The Ship for the
last three weeks but plan to go this coming
Wednesday for the St. John's Storytelling Festival
Tall Tale competition. (But I doubt I'll compete.)
I still haven't heard regarding a job interview so I
probably wasn't selected for an interview.
I heard at Erin's that they will charge cover on Friday
and Saturday only when the band has three or more
members, not when it is a duo or solo act.

I heard it was a good time and everyone was impressed by
the band Mililtary Road.

I didn't go this Thursday (tonight) since I was out last night.

I went and it was a good time, with about eight
competing storytellers and a storytelling host.
Next week there will be music again with Chris
Kearsey starting at 9:30 p.m. again now (it has
been 9 p.m. the last few months).

It has been over two weeks since I got an e-mail
acknowledging receipt of my CV and I haven't heard
from them so I almost definitely wasn't selected for
an interview.

I plan to go there this Saturday night to hear
Gulliver's Spree http://www.gulliversspree.com .
We are supposed to get some snow tomorrow. (yuck)

We didn't get any here in southeastern Newfoundland
though they did in central, western and northern
Newfoundland and in Labrador. We got some
rain instead, and are not due for any snow in the
next few days either. So anyway I didn't have
to shovel snow yet.
I'm not going out tonight but hope to catch
Gulliver's Spree at Erin's tomorrow (Sat.) night.
