Does Tubby Edeiken or does Tubby Edeiken not lie? Why would Tubby aka
Yale F. Edeiken Esq. Attorney at Law, Allentown, PA (Supreme Court ID#
40290) lie about rules he has to obey? He knows he has multiple
violations-- that's why!
1) Distributing confidential subpoenaed information to mailing lists
2) Referring to defendants in public forums as "Bradshit" instead of
Bradbury
3) Attempting to make direct contact with the defendant after making a
written agreement and acknowledgement that the defendant had
representation.
4) Using the legal system to oppress and intimidate multiple persons
who post views he does not approve of
5) Willing propagating false and defamatory information in public forum
6) Posting names and where people live....
All of the above is conduct unbecoming of an ethical attorney.

How can Yale represent himself? How can Yale demand that I pay his
attorney's fees that he demands for the lawsuit he filed against me in his
own name, on his own behalf, with his name being the attorney on all
documents? Is this not a Conflict of Interest and looking after
"the lawyer's own interests"? Direct violation of disciplinary rules
shown first hand! How many ethical attorneys come up with lawsuits against
others and then demand the victim to pay them attorney's fees? Does the
word extortion come to mind?

ever made. The attorney involved denied representation of Defendant
Bradshit and never filed and entry of appearance. As a result all legal
filings were sent to Sefendant Bradshit.

privacy under the false light doctrine. As an example of the behavior for

that when the name and address of an attorney representing me was given
Defendant Bradshot immediately printed his name, address, and telephone
number and asked that he be harassed. His constant whine is little more
than an attempt to find another victim to harass.

What Defendnt Bradshit omits is that the attorney's fees were ordered as
a sanction against Defendant Bradshit by the court. After agreeing to the
date of a deposition, having received notice of that deposition and having
received a court order setting to place of the deposition, Defendant
Bradhist failed to appear without notice. As a result sanctions were imposed
pursuant the Rules of Civil Procedure.
The remainder of this delusional and dishonest post from the diseased mind
