The law you refer to provides protection for the OWNER of the service.
Are you the owner? This goes back to the old adage that says, "You
can't sue the newstand or a public library.".
A user of the service is not protected by this law. Just how anonymous
was the person posting the items? Most bulletin boards track your IP
regardless of what you use as a screen name. That's so administration
can ban you by your IP if need be.
Why the courts even entertain such lawsuits is something I do not
understand. But I guess if you want to spend the money and waste your
time, and others, hey, go for it.
What amazes me though is, since the internet, one can publish a page
about any person which is nothing but lies and get away with it. A
newspaper or a magazine printing precisely the same thing would be
sued and be held liable for it.
Take for an example a person in usenet who has been known as "Taylor
Jimenez" and "Just Taylor". He has posted vicious lies not only about
me but numerous other people and gets away with it. Since I discovered
his true identity, which he tried keeping secret, he has run into
hiding. I have been considering filing a lawsuit against him for his
attacks on me but as I found out, the cost just isn't worth the
effort.
Your lawsuit seems to be more about bullshit than real damages.
The problem now is that Ms. Allen has all the burden of proof.
She has to prove enough evidence is overwhelming that you were in fact
the person posting the messages. Which is extremely hard to do. About
the only way that can be done is if she were standing behind you
watching you type the words and pressing the send button.
Sticks and stones baby. Live with it.

on the complainant, Janet Allen, by stating on his website that the
complainant tried to kill her ex-husband, accused her brother in law
of rape and that she was a patient of Belvue (sic) Hospital.

In a long series of heated anonymous messages, allegations were made
concerning Ms. Allen. She wrote me -- after a long delay -- to state
that the posts were not true. Then, I put in place a filter that
removes her name from appearing anywhere at the Board. Even with that
having been done, she signed the complaint.
The real harassment is the misuse of the criminal justice system.
Janet Allen has injected herself into a number of local issues and

Thoughts on the video of the Hamilton Park meeting
Right off, let me say that I was disappointed with the video for two
reasons:
1) I found the text comments to be condescending. Do the viewers
really need to be told what to think about what they are seeing?
2) The video was edited. Why not show what everyone had to say?
That being said, I don't see how there can be any good take on Janet
Allen's performance. I've observed a wide range of idealogues,
political operatives, tools of vested interests, agent provacateurs,
sociopaths, those afflicted with personality disorders, substance
abusers and others with impaired judgement, and miscellaneous ranters
and ravers in action. The most charitable interpretation I can give to
what I saw in the video is that Ms. Allen was attempting to hijack --
if not sabotage -- the meeting.
It's bizarre that's it's been maintained -- and some continue to do so
-- that Ms. Allen was not given a chance to speak. She rambled on for
many minutes, seemingly longer than anyone else. When asked to allow
others to speak, she demanded to continue. It was then that she was
shouted down by what seems to be the majority of those at the
meeting.
I also find the comment strange -- though the faux legalistic mumbo
jumbo has become quite familiar -- that the meeting was flawed because
it was not advertised in a newspaper that's no longer read. Clearly,
it was a capacity crowd, with quite a few people standing. Plus (even
in the edited video), a range of views were expressed.

Interesting it is now. This says "his website". Then that isn't
exactly anonymous now is it? And I wasn't aware that you could use
remailers to post to bulletin boards. As a usenet newsgroup certainly
is not a bulletin board owned by a website.

The CDA does not protect the creator of the content. Above she's
suing the person who created the content, as it should be. She's
not suing his ISP or his web host, as the creator he does not have
immunity under the CDA for what he creates.
You are responsible for what you post and/or websites you create.
Now if she tried to sue his ISP or his web host for letting him
post it the case would be tossed because they do have immunity
under the CDA for content they passed/displayed but did not create.
With the CDA it all boils down to "the only person responsible for
the content is the person who created said content".

Report of Sgt. Del Block
RE: EXPLOSIVE FIRE BOMB AT THE ESTEVAN COURT HOUSE
JUNE 3,1998.
SUSPECT: JOHNSON, CARL EDWARD (CJ)
DOB: 1949-05-06 FPS: 820871D
702 RAILWAY AVENUE, BIENFAIT, SASKATCHEWAN.
1. On June 3, 1998 at 1635 hours, Carl Ryan Johnson of 1006 3111 St.,
Estevan (634 7280) called the Estevan Police Service and reported to S/
CsL Pamela Panteluk that he had taken a bag out of the Court House. We
thought the bag contained gasoline and explosives and thought that
there were further items remaining in the Court House. We asked that
the police attend and view the articles.
2. Cst. Audet and I attended the residence and spoke with Carl Ryan
Johnson. There was three other boys present, they were friends of Carl
Ryan. He Look us to the back alley behind the residence and showed us
a black nylon attache case that was sitting on the ground in front of
a garbage stand. The top zipper of the case was open and you could see
jars of liquid inside. There was brown plastic pill bottles in the
case as well, one of them had a shotgun shell visible. There was also
two jars on the ground that the boys had removed from the case. There
was no doubt in my mind that the package contained suspicious
materials, There was a gasoline odor in the case and with the
combination of this and the shotgun shells we agreed that we had to
take further precautions.
3. Cst. Audet and I spoke with Carl Ryan and he stated that he had
received a telephone call from his Uncle Carl Johnson who he and the
family call CJ. Carl Edward Johnson is known to thc community as CJ
and will be mentioned as CJ through this report. CJ asked Carl Ryan to
purchase a newspaper and take it to the Court House and gave him
directions to the library. He told Carl Ryan to place the newspaper in
the furnace room am the Court House. When Carl Ryan asked him why, CJ
said that he would give Carl Ryan his computer if he did it. CJ also
told Carl Ryan to be careful how he handled the paper and told him to
tear off the part that he handled and destroy it elsewhere.
4. Carl purchased a paper and took it to the court house and when he
went to put it in the room he saw the computer case and thought it was
CJ’s weird way of giving him a gift. He picked the case up and took it
home. Carl Ryan told us that there was other articles at the Court.
House that he thought that we should check. He thought they were just
garbage, but after seeing what was in the case he said that we should
check it out.
5. I went to the Court House (1650) with Carl Ryan and he took me to
the basement of the Court House and showed me where the room was;
There was a moderate to strong smell of gasoline iii the room, there
was also several articles, A white 4 litre jug leaning on an angle
against what. appeared to be a furnace. There was a dear container of
what appeared to be gasoline and several (I believe four) packages of
penny matches with a cigarette running through the top of the package.
From previous arson training I recognized these as a type of
mechanical delay that is used in arsons. There was also two items
wrapped in tissue paper, they could not be identified and were not
disturbed. The
Court House was evacuate and secured,
6. I called the Estevan Fire Department, Chief Rick Perry attended and
viewed the area, ho also took photos on a digital camera. The photos
were later transferred to computer and printed off.
7. After assessing the contents of the case at 1006 3rd St. and the
Estevan Court House, if. was decided that we would call the RCMP
Explosives Disposal Unit. I spoke to Cpl. Chris Seale (1720). I
discussed the situation with him and he stated that he would attend,
ETA 2000 hrs,.
8. Cst. Audet took a written statement (1729-1820) from Carl Ryan
Johnson detailing his activities and conversation with CJ.
9. I prepared for the arrival of the Explosives Disposal Unit. Sgt.
McClelland was
replaced by Cst. Cowan al the 1006 3rd St. address. They had the scene
secure so that no one would be placed in danger by the contents of the
black case. The Court house was secure.
10. The Explosives Disposal Unit arrived at 2000 hrs. Cpl. Chris Seale
and Cpl. Chuck Raiter were advised of the situation and shown the
photos that had been supplied by Fire Chief Rick Perry. We then went
over to the package at 1006 3rd St. and dealt with it first. Cpl.
Seale used the RCMP robot to remove the black bag that turned out to
be a lap top computer case. The contents of the bag were dumped and
separated. The two jars that were on the ground that had been removed
from the bag by Carl Ryan were also moved into the alley. In total the
case held:
a) 4 jars that contained gasoline or some petroleum product.
b) 4 plastic pill bottles.
c) 1 large box of wooden matches.
d) 1 1.5 litre black plastic container containing a petroleum based
product.
11. One of the jars was a Kraft Mayonnaise jar that contained an
unknown substance. This substance was cloudy and had a foam forming
on the top. There may have been some type of chemical reaction taking
place in this jar. There was a plastic ZipLoc baggy that contained
nine .12 gauge shotgun shells inside the jar. The jar was destroyed by
the Explosive Disposal Unit because of the unknown contents and the
concern that it ‘vas unstable. One other jar, a Bick pickle jar was
also destroyed. This was believed to contain gasoline or some similar
petroleum product. It was destroyed at the same time the first jar
was. The pill bottles contained an unknown liquid or chemical, this is
a thick (heavier consistency then water) dear liquid that surrounded
a .12 gauge shotgun shell wrapped in tissue paper in each bottle.
Exhibits were retained and taken into the possession of Cst. Murry
Cowan.
12. We then moved over to the Court House (2125). Cpl Seale and Cpl.
Raiter viewed the objects and removed them from the Court House. A
further search of the building did not turn up any other packages.
Cst. Cowan took two containers of a petroleum product, a large box of
wooden matches wrapped in tissue, some shotgun shells wrapped in
tissue and several books of matches that had cigarettes through them.
These items were kept in Cst. Cowan’s possession.
13. The next day, June 4,1998, I contacted Sask Tel Security to see if
they could cheek on Carl Edward Johnson’s phone number 388 2561. I
learned that this phone number was billed back to Carl Johnson Sr.
(CJ’s father in Kelowna, B.C.. I asked if any calls had been made from
this number that would be connected with this investigation. They
could not provide me with anything of value.
14. On June 4, 1998 (1045) Cst. Audet, Sgt. McClelland and I attended
the Estevan Comprehensive High School and interviewed Gavin Lyle
Haukness, Holly Sovdi, and Tyler Brandon Fairbrother. Each of these
reside in Estevan or Estevan district. They are the three males that
went with Carl Ryan Johnson to the Court house. They remained outside
and waited for Carl Ryan. They were present in the garage when Carl
Ryan opened the case. All of them gave statements that pretty much
matched that of Carl Ryan and none of them had any major
discrepancies.
15. On June 5, 1998 I obtained statements from Tina Tuchscherer, and
Peggy Boxrud both of them are employees of the Estevan Court House.
They were both in the Court House when Carl Ryan came in. I also took
a statement from Donna Michel who is the caretaker of the building.
The Court House employees stated that it was not uncommon to see CJ
around the Court House because he often came in and looked through the
law books. According to Peggy Boxrud, he has spent a lot of time in
the law library.
16. I started to prepare grounds for a search warrant for CJ’s
Bienfait residence to search for anything that would link CJ to the
bomb. While at the Court House I spoke with Peggy Boxrud who stated
that she thought that John Len may have seen CJ Johnson in the
basement of the Court House and in the library.
17. I spoke with John Len on June 5,1998 a 1340, I asked him if he had
observed CJ at the Court House last week and he said that he had seen
him while he was in thc court house during a court proceeding. I asked
John Len if lie could come in and he said that he was going to lay
down for a while because he did not feel good. I then saw him at 1445.
John Len told me that he and his lawyer, Ed Komamiki were at the court
house for no examination of discovery relating to a civil matter. All
of the court rooms were busy so they were placed in the small staff
room in the south east corner of the basement of the Court House. This
is in the library. During the examination of discovery, they were
interrupted when CJ opened the door. According to John Len lie was
carrying a small brief case, a nylon type with zippers and flaps, dark
in colour and possibly black. CJ apologized and left. Nothing more was
said. John Len advised me that John Bachorciek and Robert Grimsrud
were also in the room.
18. I spoke with Robert Grimsrud. We states he can remember a person
coming into the room and saying he was sorry. He said it was the first
time lie had seen the guy and said he was a large guy with a fairly
long beard. Grimsrud said that he could not say for sure that he was
carrying anything but thought that he might have had a satchel of some
type.
19. The same date, I spoke to Ray Dupre who told me that he had
observed CJ at the rear of the Court House. I asked him when this was
and he said he could not say for sure but thought that it was just
after noon. He states that he was carrying a nylon type of briefcase
size bag. CJ took a pad from the bag and looked at it, CJ (hen went
into the Court house and Ray Dupre did not. see where he actually
went. He states that he was told that the guy was Carl Johnson.
20. On June 5, 1998 at 1520 hours I called Mel Myers and spoke with
him. He states that he saw CJ at the Court House on Tuesday, May 26,
1998, Myers states that he came in at least three times and sat down
for a few minutes each time. Myers was asked to come in for a
statement and said that he would.
21. On June 5, 1998 at 1559 I took another statement from Carl Ryan
Johnson. Carl Ryan denied any involvement in this case other then he
had already told us. He stated that if it became necessary he would
take a polygraph test to prove his innocence. I tried to clarify the
reason for ta.king the paper to the Court House because this did not
make much sense to me. When Carl Ryan was asked if ho was to do
anything else at the Court House he stated that he was not told to do
anything else. He denied constructing or helping to construct the fire
bomb and denied placing or helping to place it in the Court House.
22. During the interview I asked Carl Ryan if he had an E-mail address
and he stated that lie had, he gave these to mc. When I asked if his
uncle CJ had an E-mail address he stated that he had and gave them to
me. I was aware of the fact that the RCMP were trying to tie CJ to the
E-mail address of TOTO. This is one of the addresses provided to me by
Carl Ryan. Carl Ryan also mentioned that he had a computer at home
that CJ had left prior to going to the United States. Carl Ryan stated
that he had not turned this unit on because CJ had told him that ho
had cleaned everything off the hard drive. I asked Carl Ryan if he
would voluntarily turn
the computer over to me so that I could give it to the RCMP and he
said that he would.
23. On June 5, 1998 at 1720 Carl Ryan turned a lap top computer over
to Cst. Greg
Catley. On June 6,1998 1300 hours, Cst. Catley turned a black Targus
computer bag over to me. It contained an Acer Laptop Computer and
accessories. These were all made subject of exhibit 120-98 and placed
in my locker. This will be turned over to Cpl. Foster of RCMP
Commercial Crime at a later date.
24. On June 5, 1998 after returning home from Weyburn, I called Larry
Johnson a brother of CJ Johnson. Larry resides in Berkley, California
( 510 848 9224) and had called my house and left a message for me to
call him when I got in regardless of the time. At 2314 I spoke with
Larry Johnson, the call ended at 0015. During the call Larry told me
that CJ has been diagnosed with ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder),
Turrets [sp] Syndrome, and Schizophrenia. He said that when CJ is off
his meds he has serious problems and becomes out of control and
unpredictable. CJ thinks that everyone is against him and he despises
authority. Larry stated that he is concerned that CJ is off his
medication and if so he is very dangerous. Larry stated that CJ called
him on Thursday, May 28, 1998 from Sidney, Montana, then again on
Sunday from Denver, Colorado.
25. Larry stated that CJ was talking in a paranoid way and talked
about leaving Canada because he was in trouble. Larry stated that he
was talking in a very round about cryptic manner. CJ talked about
doing something bad but not these exact words. CJ told Larry that the
RCMP would be after him and that he would have difficulty returning to
Canada. CJ asked Larry to send an anonymous E-Mail message but Larry
told him that he would not and they never discussed the actual content
of the message.
26. Larry stated that he had two one eight-hundred numbers and that CJ
had access to one of them, he provided me with the number 1800 900
9039 Pin 00. Larry also stated that he had a Sask Tel calling card
that CJ had, the number is 4570 9820 584 983. Larry also told me that
he and CJ have a joint bank account al the Bank of Nova Scotia, he
said his father Carl Johnson Sr. of Kelowna, B.C. places money in the
account twice a week for CJ. Larry stated that we should try tracking
CJ by the phone accounts or the bank.
27. Larry also stated that if we were to search CJ’s house, he was
very concerned for our safety. Larry stated that Gil Wasacase and his
wife Peggy often helped CJ out and that lie had called them and asked
that they not enter the house because ho feared for their safety as
well. When I asked what he feared ho stated that the house may be
rigged or booby trapped. Larry stated that when CJ is on the run he
does not trust anyone and Larry states that he is not comfortable with
CJ showing up in Berkley.
28. On June 8, 1998 I learned that CJ had placed a call on June 1 from
Cheyenne.
Wyoming and that ho had place two calls on June 2 from Lakewood,
Colorado.
29. On June 8, 1998 at 1118 I traveled to Bienfait and checked 702
Railway Ave.. I drove around the yard and observed that there was
several bags of garbage located in front of the house. The house door
appeared to be open. I walked into the yard and observed that the
porch door and the door into the house were both open. I did not knock
or enter the house. I also observed CJ’s old mini motor home in the
back yard. It appeared as though It had not been driven for some time,
in fact it looked to be inoperable. I then left the yard.
30. June 8 at 1136 I attended the Bienfait Town Hall and spoke with
Gloria Bourassa and Jarnie Stevenson. I was able to confirm that 702
Railway Avenue was the residence of CJ Johnson and also learned that
the taxes and utilities are paid by CJ’s father Carl Johnson Sr. in
Kelowna, B.C..
31. At 1220, .June 8, Larry Johnson left a message on my message
manager stating that CJ had called him from the Kansas, Missouri area
and stated that he needed money.
32. I prepared an Information to Obtain a Search Warrant and an Search
Warrant for 702 Railway Avenue. This was sworn before Justice Nick Fai
under oath. The warrant was valid for June 9, 1998. Because of the
warning that Larry Johnson had given us about entering the house, I
called Cpl. Chris Seale of the RCMP Bomb Squad. He stated that they
would attend.
33. At 1315, June 8, 1998 we arrived at 702 Railway Ave.. There was no
one around the house. Cst. Cowan was with me and thc two RCMP Bomb
Squad members Cpl. Chris Seale and Cpl. Craig Hyndman. Cst. Neil
Tremblay of the Estevan RCMP Det arrived a few moments later. The Bomb
Squad members entered the residence first and determined that it was
safe. The house was generally a mess, there was holes in almost every
piece of gyproc [sheetrock,drywall] in the house, and there was a very
strong. almost nauseous odour in the house. Although the house was
very dirty, it was apparent that there had been some attempt to clean
it up. As I mentioned earlier there was several bags of garbage
outside. Part of the odours were coming from the deep freeze which was
unplugged and the lid was open. There was rotting food in it. Nothing
was found al the residence that would assist in the investigation.
34. Cst. Cowan and I loaded the garbage bags up and took them to the
Estevan Dump. We arrived at 15:00, we searched several bags of
garbage (approx. 12) and did not locate anything that would assist in
this investigation. We did find several pieces of computer paper that
I knew would be of interest to the RCMP Commercial Crime Section with
respect to their investigation regarding the hate mail. These were
retained and will be turned over to the RCMP.
35. On June 10, 1998 al 0920 I received a telephone call from Insp.
Jeff Gordon of the Internal Revenue Service, Portland, Oregon. He had
been monitoring CJ on the
Internet for quite some time. He wanted to know if there had been any
charges laid
and if there was any warrants for him. We discussed the computer
papers that we had located on the search and he stated that he would
like a copy of them. Insp. Gordon told me that CJ had made several
threats against US Court Judges. lnsp. Gordon states that he can
recognize CJ’s writings and can understand his cryptic writing style.
36. At 1100 I received a fax from Insp. Jeff Gordon. This was of a
report that had been posted to the Internet entitled “Breaking News”.
Insp. Gordon is certain that the author of the article is CJ. The
article talks about a "Virtual Attack on the
Saskatchewan Justice System”. The author goes on to say “A Mad Bomber
said "I forgot to light the fucking fuse? Really? Jesus, am I stupid!"
It goes
on "I told the Canadian CypherPunks that the guy was a fucking idiot
and that they
needed to pin a note on his jacket saying, ‘Light the fuse!’ before
sending him or her off on a mission that I had no prior knowledge of.”
lnsp. Gordon states that he is concerned about the content of the
message and feels that CJ is becoming more
dangerous. This message was sent through a number of anonymous
remailers and
would be difficult if not impossible to trace.
37. On June 11, 1998 0850 I received a fax from lnsp. Jeff Gordon.
Gordon advises that an anonymous poster (sender) sent Time magazine
reporter Declan McCullagh a message asking if he had received a
package from Montana. This has been posted to the Internet. Insp.
Gordon suspects CJ of being the author.
38. At 0940 on June 11, 1998 I received a second fax from Insp. Jeff
Gordon. This
message was also sent through anonymous remailers. The message road “
Declan, You might want to notify the RCMP that there are bombs in two
public buildings 11 kilometers from Mongeritaville, home of the
Bienfait Nutly News. Then again, you might not... A. Fiend”. According
to Insp. Gordon this message will be from CJ. He states that Monger
means CJ, Mongeritaville means his house.
39. I immediately brought this message to the attention of Sgt. Brian
Renwiok and Chief Raymond Delorme. We met and discussed the message
and decided that we had to take some action. We decided to contact
various locations and ask them to remain calm and have one or two
employees do a sweep of their respective buildings and report back to
us if any suspicious packages or items are located. We notified the
RCMP, Estevan Court House, Canada Post, Canada Employment, Canada
Customs, City Hall, Fire Department, Recreation Dept., Social
Services, and a few others. Nothing was located at any of the
locations.
40. On June 12, 1998 at 1444 I spoke with Larry Johnson the brother of
CJ. Insp. Gordon had asked that I advise him of the content of the
message and see what he can tell us. I read the June 8 message
“Breaking News” to him and he stated that as far as lie was concerned
CJ was talking about himself in the message. Ho told mc that CJ often
forgets stuff and has pinned notes to his coat to remind himself.
Larry also told me that CJ uses Scotch whiskey to self medicate
himself. Larry states that ho has seen it work on several occasions
but he often takes it to far and it causes him to have personality
changes. Larry states that the Scotch brings him out of the fog he
lives in. Larry states that the part about forgetting to light the
fuse is CJ talking about himself and how stupid he is for not doing
it.
41. At 1540 June 12, 1998 I contacted John Gale of the Bank of Nova
Scotia. I asked about getting a trace put on the joint account of CJ
and Larry Johnson. He stated he could do it but required authorization
from al least one to do it. I called Larry Johnson back and he stated
that he would fax an authorization right away.
42. On June 15, 1998 at 1045 I spoke with Don Burlak of Sask Tel
Security. He monitors the Internet messages on Sympatico and has been
keeping an eye on CJ for the past while. He bid me that CJ has been
communicating regularly with a Tim May from (ho Silicon Valley, in
California. Tim May declares himself as an anarchist, he talks of
world destruction. detonation devices, stashed weapons etc.. Burlak
believes that CJ idolizes this Tim May. He also suspects Tim May to be
a brother of CJ if this is true it could be Larry Johnson, Don Burlak
pulled several files off of the Internet that he believes were posted
by CJ.
43. On June 17, 1998 at 0940 I received a call from Lisa at the Bank
of Nova Scotia. They were able to track CJ’s account, He took
withdrawals on June 3 & 5 in Nevada, Missouri, June 8 at Cape Girardo,
Missouri, June 8 at Branson, Missouri, and June 10 in Austin, Texas.
44. At 1030, June 17 I spoke with Larry Johnson. He wanted to know
where CJ was taking the money out of his account and I told him. He
told me that his father is depositing $60.-$70. per day into CJ’s
account so that he would have enough to live on without doing
something stupid.
45. I called Al Johnston from Sask Justice Prosecutions and discussed
the file with him. At the end of the discussion it was decided that a
charge would be laid for placing an explosive substance with intent to
cause an explosion under section 81(1)(a) of the Criminal Code. An
Information was sworn before Justice of the Peace Nick Fai at 1600
hrs. A Canada wide warrant was also issued.
46. June 18, 1998 at 1315 I received a telephone call from Larry
Johnson. He stated that CJ had finally made contact with him at 2100
hrs California time the prior evening. They talked very briefly and
Larry said something like “How’s the life of crime". Larry states
that the connection was lost and he feels that CJ either ripped the
phone out of the wall or tore the phone cord off. He was not able to
find out where he was.
47. June 25, 1998 al 1000 Cst. Murray Cowan and I packaged exhibits
from the fire bomb that will be taken to the RCMP Crime Detection
Laboratory. Samples were taken from each container of fuel or fuel
mixture. The items were numbered and the corresponding samples were
given the same number for identification purposes. The excess fuel was
destroyed for safety reasons in the exhibit room.
48. June 26, 1998 I received a call from the Bank of Nova Scotia. They
were able to get a track on CJ’s account. He took cash withdrawals
from his account in Tucson, Arizona between June 14 and 23.
49. On June 29 I received another call from the Bank of Nova Scotia.
CJ had made more withdrawal from his account and it appears as though
he is frequenting the Bank of America at the AZ Casino in Tucson.
50. June 30, 1998 I obtained the exhibits that Cst. Catley had in the
Ident Room. This was the black Laptop bag, matches and pill bottle
with a shotgun shell. These will also be taken to the Crime Lab.
51. Requests for analysis were completed and exhibits were taken to
the Regina Forensic Laboratory on July 3, 1998.
52. Some of the exhibits that were taken to the lab in Regina were
forwarded by the lab to the Forensic Lab in Vancouver.
53. I received reports back from the Regina lab that exhibits 1, 2, 3,
4, and 5, all
contained gasoline. A report was received from the Vancouver lab. They
were tasked with trying to identify the unknown liquid in exhibits 6,
7, 8, and 10. They
determined that the liquid in 6, 7, and 8 was water and did not find
any liquid in
exhibit 10.
54. The Vancouver lab returned the exhibits back to this office. The
Vancouver Lab
conducted infrared spectroscopy tests, energy-dispersive X-ray
spectroscopy tests and did analysis by chemical spot tests. They found
no foreign liquid other (hen water.
55. I obtained statements from Ray Dupre who is the Court Officer for
the Estevan Police Service. He recall that on Thursday May 28, 1998 he
went to the Court House. He observed a male person at the back door of
the Court House with a nylon brief case. Dupre observed this man
enter the Court House. Dupre spoke to another person who was having a
cigarette at the back door (smoking prohibited inside) who the man was
and he was told it was Carl Johnson.
56. I obtained a statement from Mayor John Len and his lawyer Edward
Komarnicki. Both of them were in the basement in a room off of the
library on May 28, 1998. They were conducting an. examination for
discovery on a civil manner. Two other persons were in this room with
them. Both of them recall CJ Johnson opening the door to the room and
stepping into the room not realizing that the room was busy. CJ
apologized and left the room. Mayor Len recalls CJ carrying a soft
sided, dark coloured attache case. Their statements put CJ Johnson in
the same room that the incendiary device was placed.

Wicca article and that is all he needs to assume it's relevant. He
does this with legal cases too, one must assume he does it with

Reinhagen. We both are or have been moderately frequent posters to men's
rights/father's rights-related newsgroups. We've put together this web site
to showcase Moore's abusive behavior on the newsgroups we post to and on the
Internet in general.
A bit of history
About two years ago we witnessed a bizarre Usenet episode where an alleged
NOW rep calling herself "a...@infinity.net" started making ominous threats to
self-styled fathers-rights advocate David Moore (he was calling himself
"Jeff Johnson" back then) on several of those newsgroups and demanded that
he take down his web pages. There was just one little problem; a comparison
of the subject headers of "Johnson's" posts with those of "ara" showed that
they were coming from the same computer. We both concluded that "ara" was a
sock-puppet cooked up by Moore to get hits on his web-counter and told him
he wasn't going to get any sympathy from us. Moore was quite angry with our
judgement and accused me of betraying him. I suppose he felt that the
pro-father's rights stance that we shared exempted him from critical
scrutiny. A few days later, he lost his Worldnet account (I wonder why).
Moore insisted that he was innocent and blamed his sudden departure from
Worldnet on a cabal of NOW feminists (he posted this on Usenet); although an
independent investigation proved otherwise. I finally got sick of his lying
and exposed him on his pet newsgroup alt.child-support. He didn't take too
kindly to this and a few months later retaliated by taking an old post of
mine and forging in an anti-Semitic comment. Unfortunately for him the
forgery was traced back to his workplace at Sara Lee and he lost his temp
job there. Again he was quite angry and made several posts that looked like
veiled threats of retaliation.
Ever since then, we have both had the displeasure of being treated to the
following:
a.. Repeated complaints to our ISPs.
b.. A mysterious anonymous remailer chorus that loves to post in Moore's
defense and seems excessively interested in his reputation and well-being.
c.. Virulent racist and ethnic forgeries under our screen names.
d.. Anonymous threats of violence.
e.. Anonymous posts begging for personal information about us.
Unfortunately, we're far from the only people who this has happened to, nor
do we claim to be his worst victims . It seems that whoever dares to speak
out against Moore's bizarre online behavior stands a good chance of getting
the same or worse directed against them. This is especially true for his
female 'marks'; Moore's ravings show a singular hatred of women.
About a year ago I put these pages at Geocities; it was taken down shortly
afterwards due to the sheer offensiveness of its content (Geocities didn't
seem to care that I wasn't the author of the crap that I was showcasing).
John generously offered to host the pages and and they've been here ever
since.
