Doesn't matter how many time you tell them the defendants moved the
case to federal court to prevent Novins from having the case dismissed
with prejudice in state court.
Novins knew once the defendants started discovery he was fucked so he
stopped responding. He could no longer withdraw the case because there
were now counter-claims and so his only way out was to get the judge
to dismiss and then fight having to pay court costs.
His actions in the state court will have an effect in the federal
trial unless he decides that settling the case out of court including
paying all the legal costs will get his ass out from under the hammer.
That would require some of the biggest pricks on USENET playing nice
with a scumbag lawyer.
What are the odds of that?
