Decision on foster mom set for December

A foster mother facing charges of having sexual relations with a boy
in her care will either make a plea or have a trial date set next
month.
Meanwhile, one man pled guilty to charges of soliciting a minor over
the Internet and three others are facing similar charges.
Jennifer Renee McWhirter, 33, of Mountain View Road, Bell Buckle,
appeared briefly before Judge Lee Russell Thursday with her attorney
Jeff Seckler, and learned that her next court date is Dec. 4, at which
time she will either have a date set for trial or will make a plea.
McWhirter, who held the position of
foster care coordinator at the Center for Family Development,

was charged in June with three counts of statutory rape by an
authority figure and one count of criminal responsibility for
facilitation of a felony.
She was placed on administrative leave from the Center pending the
outcome of the case and is currently free on $11,000 bond.
Donald Eugene Deakle, 44, was sentenced to five and half years in
prison, according to district attorney Chuck Crawford. Deakle was
arrested in July as a result of Shelbyville detective Charles Merlo's
Internet work.
Merlo enters chat rooms and portrays a 13-year-old girl, then arrests
the suspects when they come to Shelbyville to meet their "friend."
Deakle had been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor,
solicitation of a minor and may face additional charges in Blount
County due to having pornographic images of children on his computer,
Merlo said in July.
Also facing a choice whether to make a plea or continue on to trial on
Dec. 4 were Hal Helton of Blount County, Hoppy Joe Brown of Savannah
and Lason Lain Watai of Nashville, who are all facing charges of
sexual exploitation of a minor and solicitation of a minor as a result
of Merlo's Internet sting in May.

A foster mother accused of having sex with the boy in her care will
appear in court later this month -- either to make a plea, or be to
bound over to the next session of the Bedford County grand jury.
Jennifer Renee McWhirter, 33, of Mountain View Road, Bell Buckle, is
scheduled to appear on Friday, Sept. 26 at 8 a.m., according to court
officials.
She was charged in June with three counts of statutory rape by an
authority figure and one count of criminal responsibility for
facilitation of a felony. McWhirter is currently free on $11,000 bond.
McWhirter held the position of foster care coordinator at the Center
for Family Development and was placed on administrative leave pending
the outcome of the case.
Detective Lt. Becky Hord of the Bedford County Sheriff's Department
said in June she had received information that McWhirter, the boy's
foster parent, had sexual relations with him.

The alleged relationship between McWhirter and the boy came to light
after another foster mother was charged with eight counts of statutory
rape by an authority figure earlier this year.
Alea Rhea Rippy pleaded guilty in June to amended charges -- three
counts of statutory rape -- and agreed to serve six months in jail,
followed by three years of community corrections. Rippy also had
sexual relations with the minor in McWhirter's care.

Hord said in June that the youth, McWhirter and Rippy "were all three
good friends instead of foster care, foster parents." Other evidence
was provided to Hord that indicated that "there was more than a foster
mother/child relationship," she said.
Interviews of the juvenile indicated that McWhirter allegedly had sex
with the boy three times last October and that the boy, Rippy and
McWhirter drank alcoholic beverages together, Hord said.
Hord also said that preparations had allegedly been made to hide the
boy in Florida because DCS had decided to send him back to Mexico.
There was an issue with the Mexican consulate, Hord said, so the boy
never went back.

Unless the "boy" is under nine years old, having "sex" with a grown
woman is the fufillment of every normal boy's ultimate dream.
Now, having forced sex with a priest is another thing. Real boys
don't want this type of partner.
But a woman, naked(!) with tits and a cunt and nice ass? Knowing
fingers and hands? Heaven.
You can't convince me that a blow-job from a female is not pleasurable
and rewarding and morale- and image-building for a boy in today's
youth culture.
So let's move to purge states' laws proscribing woman-on-male-youth
sex.
