I read something recently, regarding mini-spycams, they're apparently
everywhere.  It's news to me -

It's so bad, there are detectors designed for this purpose:

I've no idea how well it works.

Now, suppose you rent a hotel room, or anything such, and you're
concerned.   You hand the leasor a document, where he avers that
no hidden camera exists.  He signs.  That's a contract, is it not?

Then you examine the premises, and find something.  Is the contract
enforceable, what damages might you claim?  Is this 'clean room' idea feasible?
