That's quite a detailed request for reexamination, I'm impressed!
A couple of questions:
What is your interest in this case? Apparently you live in New
Zealand, why are you willing to invest the time and money to bust this
U.S. patent?
Was the Klingman patent cited in Amazon v. Barnes & Nobel?
