Applicants who got their deferred action application approved have started to receive their work permits. Although they can work legally now without the fear of deportation, they cannot get a green card nor go in for the naturalization(https://www.uscitizenship.info/us-citizenship/U-S-Citizenship-application-Form-N-400.jsp) process.
