I'm a semi-pro freelance photographer who is very interested to contact
ladies who are pregnant. My site at www.cameraclix.com only shows my work
with the artistic nude, you will not find ANY porn on my site... I'm a
serious photographer not a bloke out to satisfy his own obscure perversions.
There are two reasons I'd like to photograph you, either or both may
interest you.
1. To record a momentous time of your life, to produce pictures that
emphasize your beauty and feminity during this time of bodily change. If
this was the only reason you contact me, then given circumstances I would be
happy to photograph you but would ask that you contribute to my costs (For
this instance I would be non-profit making)
2. There is a considerable commercial market for good quality photographs
recording different aspects of pregnancy...just think how many magazines you
can buy on the subject! If I photograph you with this in mind there would be
no charge for any costs. I would expect you to sign a model release form and
I would give you 5 high quality prints for each hour modelled (free web
advertising of yourself as a model if you wanted this) and a 50% share of
any profits relating to the sale or use of your images...this agreement is
outlined on my site, as is the model release form
Please contact me via the website if you have any enquiries.
Thanks
John

Just becareful Christine, there are Belly pervs out there, I
found an entire site dedicated to them, full of links, I wanted
to puke. This guy may be legit, but once your pics are on the net
they are anyone's.

You have a beautiful site Stephanie, unfortunately in the short
time my birthstory has been on it, less than a week? I have had
the most sickening creatures emailing me with their perverse
questions. I have the ability from my stats counter to follow
URL's and I found some sad puppies and Belly pervs had used the
link from your page to get to my birthstory. They seem to get off
on very big bellies especially twin and multiple birth bellies. I
know I shouldn't be naive to think it would never of happened,
but I found it disturbed me more than I thought, thus I have
taken my story down, at least the pictures so could you now
remove my story link from your site, thanks, and sorry to be a
pain.
PS I can post you the URL of the Belly pervs because they are
using a lot of birth photo's I believe are from your site, but
could be elsewhere, and I KNOW they haven't asked for permission.
Really sad is they copy some of them and morph them, making them
super enlarged for a laugh.

Oh absolutely, you have a beutiful site, and wonderful stories.
It's a great place for 'genuine' people. But like you said you
can't help the sickos that frequent it, I know they read here too
because they made reference to it it on one of there discussion
boards. That's just the way it is sadly.

Well the comments wern't in reference to my face...lol
Some were pretending to be pregnant mothers themselves, like the
trolls here do, but I could see the glarring faults in their
story, andthe questions asked wern't normal.

They will go back up eventually but to a coded site for midwifery
use only.

I have a nice javascript that will keep people from being able to
right-click on your pictures & take them. It won't stop very resourceful
people from getting them, but it makes it a royal pain in the ass to do.
Watermarking images isn't a bad idea either :) Let me know if you
need/want any help with it :)
Melody
The last post scares me the most, they will find away to get your
pictures no matter what, please be careful. I unfortunatly also
had my email address on my page and have had no shortage of
weirdos wanting to chat with me ever since.
On the same topic please be careful about who you allow to see
pictures of your children, I imagine the same sickos use these
photos for exactly the same thing.

Birth of twins
-----------------------------------------------------------------

www.radmid.demon.co.uk/andrea/
Nicely written account of the birth of twin girls(weighing 7 and
8 pounds plus!), linked from birthdiaries.com. Not prudish but
not terribly graphic, and contains some quality bare belly shots.
Enjoy....

Not anymore
-----------------------------------------------------------------

By the looks of things someone has backtracked us to here from
the site and pulled the belly pictures.
*sighs*
Some people are overly paranoid.
Right down the bottom of the page is a note that the page was
updated today. Below that is a link to statistics on the page (it
looks like a tiny box). On that page, of the last twenty-five
links followed to that page were from the above message.
Methinks someone followed the link back, read the message,
decided that they did not like this situation and pulled the
belly pictures. Their right, of that I have no argument, but it's
sad to see (assuming that I am right) that someone thinks so
little of use that they had to do that.

Well....
-----------------------------------------------------------------
---------------
Can you exactly blame them?
I mean really, we aren't exactly angels...have you read some of
the descriptions given about women here?
Seriously, alot of the language here is pretty vulgar, and
besides, there are plenty of people that don't exactly like the
idea of this fetish, let alone the though of someone finding
something so personal and special them pretty much becoming porn.
Personally, the thought rather bothers me, also.
So, I don't think it's paranoia, rather, they're just being
protective.

They were nice pictures... Maybe we should have a new policy
where you copy and paste the URLs instead of directly clicking a
link?
Let me know if you want some help with it.

He definitely doesn't specialize in pregnant women because he posted a
similar ad to another newsgroup I subscribe to.
(in that one the subject line was about being "georgeous"...so if you want
to look like a curious monkey...)
Also note that in his post (and in the one to the other group) he makes it
clear that he WILL TRY TO SELL your pictures. Hope you don't mind that. He
also doesn't say where he's based, which strikes me as not the most
professional way to present a legit business.
Not technically spam, but he could at least put the [AD] tag in his subject.

His model release form is quite unprofessional as well. It leaves both
parties (model & photographer) quite unprotected in a lot of situations.
That is beautiful artwork Kandee, how do you do that? Is it all
done ona computer, goodness what an amazing medium. They remind
me of the artwork in the FMV sequences on Final Fantasy 8. Very
cool!
Melody I do folk art, I sell a little for pocket money but I hate
to give away my pieces...lol
I particularly like the Dutch hindenloopen, delft blue and the
English gypsy style. I adore Russian flatbrush but it is way out
of my league, you tend to develop your own style, and mine is
more 'wild' than perfect if you know what I mean. I am also into
big pieces that I'm doing in oil, I actually prefer this to
acrylic work because the paint doesn't set for ages and I can
blend so much better. What do you prefer to work in.
I started out learning graphics just to compliment my web design skills but
now the art part has really taken over. My business site is here

Take care!

I'm very interested in learning to paint on canvas some day real soon. That
may be my next task on my to do list. I also hate to sell my pieces too.
I've actually had some pretty good offers for certain pieces I've done but I
don't have the hear to sell them. But I do get commissioned to do works for
others.

And I thought *I* didn't have time for my artwork. How do you make the
time to do it? Any tips on that?? I only have one 18 month old to chase
after and can't manage to find time most days! Your work sounds
incredible! I would love to see some of it!
I believe that our versions of folk art are quite different from yours
:) Though yours sounds as if it requires more skill. I'm currently
working mostly in glass (stained glass, hot glass [aka lampworking,
beadmaking], slumping, and fusing) and in clay (little sculpting, lots
of painting). Though I also work with metal sculpture ( yes, I know how
to cut & bend & weld *grin*), acrylic & oil (on canvas) painting,
inking, sketching, pastels, and a few other mediums. I'm attempting to
find my niche. I know that it's art related, I'm just not sure which
medium I'll settle down with, or if I'll settle down at all.
Lately I've been doing a lot of Kaleidoscopes and sushi plates (no, I
don't actually like sushi but I adore the plates I'm making :)) Now that
Christmas is over I can actually do what I feel like doing- or even take
a break for a while! Who knows what I'll be in to next week :)
I sell quite a bit of things. I also work for a wonderful local artist
on occasion and all of those pieces are sold. Something an old
instructor told me "If you don't want to part with a piece, don't.
You'll never make one just like it again and you'll forever miss it when
it's gone." So I keep the pieces I really fall in love with (too many of
them!) and the rest are out the door :) This year I'm going to
concentrate on doing a lot of Christmas related items for the fall &
Christmas art shows.
I love seeing others work, so if you have some please share!
Melody
If only life had an undo button, wouldn't that be nice? My piles of
broken glass would be most thankful, I'm sure *grin*.
Do you currently work in other mediums aside from digital art? I guess
that a big bonus of digital artwork is that you still get to keep a copy
of the work, even if you do sell it :)
Painting on canvas (with acrylics and oils) is incredible. It was my
first "love" (in the art world) and will always be my favorite medium.
Unfortunately the medium I love the most is not the one in which I was
blessed with the bulk of my talent (go figure, isn't nature funny that
way? :)) so I'm still taking classes & trying to improve on it.
What part of the world are you in? I may be able to recommend some good
classes in your area if you're serious about learning to paint :)
best of luck,
Melody

I'm from New Hampshire, USA. If you have any ideas about classes to take
feel free to recommend. I am very interested in art and learning to paint.
Good luck to you too!!
