BTW - I am busy working on helping the mother of that little boy who just
had the cancerous brain tumor removed. My family has adopted them for the
Christmas Angel project for clothing/presents for the boy. There has been a
card campaign and little Tylor has them taped up in his room.
The boy's father died two years ago of cancer himself, and mom quit her job
to focus on getting her son through all this. All that they are living on
is social security for the boy (because he lost his father). With all the
added expenses of transportation to and from the hospital (about 125 miles),
non-covered medical costs, and now beginning radiation, the mom is behind in
the rent.
The landlord has been patient, but has a business to run as well and is
talking eviction. The rent is $435, she's two months behind (three as of
the 1st of Dec). Anyone who is moved, might send Tylor a card and note. It
is really brightening his outlook to hear from people. If you can, please
slip a $1.00 bill in, toward the rent to help them through. I'm sure mom
would cry alligator tears of appreciation for the loving gesture. No, this
is not a scam and anyone who has questions, please contact me for more
information.

A question for Jan:
If you are so offended by what Mark posted ONLY TO M.H.A, why are you
continually posting it verbatim to other groups?
I was going to chastise Mark for posting it (I live in another time
zone here and can get out of synch with USAnian posters), but once I
saw that you were so unconcerned that you insisted on letting readers
of other groups see it I didn't bother. If it worries you so little,
why should it worry me?
