Responsibilities: We seek a dynamic individual who will hold "2 KEY ROLES".
As Executive Vice President, you will be a business partner not only for the
President, but also for the entire management team. You will have a proven
track record in identifying and closing new business. SALES DRIVEN! You
will be an intellectually inquisitive analyst who will evaluate all business
practices across all functional lines and will be relentless in your quest
to find optimal practices to enhance overall company performance. You will
be a coach and a leader in working with all functional and divisional heads
to help them understand and use appropriate tools and thought processes to
increase their productivity. You will hold a strategic responsibility to
plan for the practices, management talent, etc. required for the immediate
and longer-term future to keep the business operating at its optimal level.
As Chief Financial Officer, you are a highly creative financial leader who
can understand our company procedures, systems, processes and controls.
Your strategic leadership will be responsible for laying the foundations and
infrastructure for rapid, geographically dispersed expansion; working with
the management team to create immediate and long-term value for
shareholders; communicating business conditions and performance to
shareholders. Participate with senior management and Directors to optimize
the performance of a growing business by identifying opportunities for
financial gain or cost savings in any of the functional disciplines of the
Corporation.
Qualifications: CA. 15+ years' experience in the financial management of a
successful consumer focused business. Minimum 5 years previous experience
as a President, Senior VP, VP/CFO is a must! Previous Leadership of a
Senior Team imperative. Preference will be given to someone with Loyalty
Marketing services experience, Sales and Sales Management. Must have
knowledge within a public company environment, including public offerings,
complex financial reporting issues and investor relations. Capacity to
balance both short- and long-term issues effectively and handle many
simultaneous and often conflicting priorities.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Compensation and other perks! A comprehensive package has been designed
to attract superior candidates. It consists of a base salary, bonus program
and stock options. 180 - 250k.
