Position Title: Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities: Corporate finance activities including capital structure
strategy, debt/equity financing, managing relationships with bankers/
investment bankers, and managing treasury activities. Oversee financial
aspects of contract negotiations with strategic partners. Handling all
Investor Relations activities. Financial reporting to the public in
accordance with securities commissions requirements, including interfacing
with Audit Committee. Internal reporting including monthly/quarterly
reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and planning and
financial systems. Tax planning and compliance. Managing the
accounting/reporting function of this multi-divisional organization.

Qualifications: A CA with 7-10 years of business experience. Minimum 3
years previous CFO experience. Mandatory experience in a public company
environment. This would include public offerings, complex financial
reporting issues, and investor relations programs. Must have past
involvement in securing funding from VC's. The ability to work with an
entrepreneurial management team in an environment of rapid growth and
change.

Location: Downtown Toronto
