Position Title: SEGMENTATION MANAGER

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer information infrastructure
including customer behaviour, response history, demographics and attitudes
to support
continuous learning and improvement. Secure access to world-class analysis
and predictive modeling skills though partnerships with third parties and
eventual in-house skill development. Build learning objectives and
processes into every program and test. Supporting testing needs of the
Marketing and Sales Organization. Manage Qualitive/Quantitave research
requirements. Synthesize and share key learnings about customers and
programs across the Senior Management and Marketing Group.
Qualifications: 5 years+ related experience. Technical database
manipulation and analytical skills. Degree. Experience in presenting to
senior managers. French would be a definite asset.
Location: Ottawa, Canada
