Responsibilities included :
· preparing Design, Tender and Construction programs.
· evaluating and deciding on the type and number of "packages".

Responsibilities included :
· supervising the Contractor to ensure that the works are
carried out in compliance with the specifications,
drawings and contract requirements.
· examining and certifying contractor’s monthly valuations.
· evaluating contractual claims and preparing related reports
and counter claims.
· providing swift and accurate solutions to on-site technical
problems.
· formalizing variations to the contract.
· generating forecasts and scenarios for project completion.

Responsibilities included :
Supervision of projects which included factory units,
petrol stations, residential villas and apartment blocks.

complexes, roads & associated services. Also supervised the
construction of 14 accommodation blocks ( first + second floor). Other
responsibilities included quantity surveying, formulating
specifications, building design and supervising concrete repairs and
building maintenance.

Preparing tender and contract programs for projects that included
