Infrastructure and Security Manager
Job Description:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure group,
including desktop/laptop, desk/cell phones, server, and network
support.
• Manage vendor relationships, Service Level Agreements, assets and
budgets for infrastructure hardware, software, tools,
telecommunications, PBX/telephone systems and data circuits.
• Manage the design and implementation of IT infrastructure projects.
Define budgets, timelines, and resources needs for projects.
• Establish and manage priorities and supervise activities of the IT
infrastructure group.
• Coordinate and align IT infrastructure projects, resources and
support activities with other departments.
• Manage processes related to security/system log management and
review. Lead incident management efforts related to IT.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with FDA GxP validation and other
regulations where appropriate.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum three years experience managing Infrastructure organization.
• Minimum of six years experience in IP configuration, Ethernet, Cisco
Router and Switch platforms, Network Management, Packet Analysis, and
Network System monitoring.
• Minimum of four years experience in Windows, Exchange, SQL, DHCP,
DNS, Back up systems, IIS, Server System monitoring, DR/BC, and
Corporate Antivirus
• Advanced knowledge of firewall management.
• B.S. in Computer Systems or Management Information Systems or
related area or equivalent job experience.
• Previous experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical
industries is desirable.
