To whom it may concern:

I have built a solid reputation for initiative, accuracy and attention to detail as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Digital Artist. I have been in this field for over seven years. I offer a successful background with companies that helped expand my experience and supported my continuing education.

Extensive knowledge and experience with the Macintosh computer developed my proficiency in Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator. Well organized, proven commitment and creative skills are attributes that led to my most current position. Responsibilities include working with department supervisors, vendors and photographers at our digital studio, photo color correction, designing layouts, illustration, troubleshooting, tight deadlines and maintaining electronic network files. Resume shows the rest of my work history in detail.

For the past 3 years I have been continuing my education at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I have completed courses in Macromedia Director, SoftImage, Advanced Illustrator and Photoshop. Web creation skills are self taught with the use of Adobe GoLive. If requested, my in house studio has up to date Macintosh hardware and software to accommodate freelance work.

My goal is to find a company that will utilize the skills, schooling and education that I just mentioned. For a company that presents the opportunity, I am looking to further my career in design, advertising and animation. Marketing and promotions are other interests. Music editing and mixing experience are additional fields I am considering. If necessary, I am willing to relocate. As your dedicated employee, you will benefit from my loyalty, diligence and team oriented principles.

Please review my resume. For any further information, do not hesitate to contact me at (609) 698-0913 or e-mail at: leond...@hello.to. You may also view my web page at, www.hello.to/leondezine. I will look forward to setting up an interview with you soon.

Your time and consideration is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Michael S. Leon
