o Must have very good hands on QA experience and must be able to roll
up the sleeves as needed.

o 100% of time expect to go with client interaction
o Manage QA staff and QA process
o Project management and tracking, experience with working projects
having large number of dependencies
o Must have technical background with good knowledge on Quality
Center
o Provide resource management of on-site and off-shore
o Exp in all phases of SDLC including automation,metrics, onsite-
offshore model
o Handled multiple projects across different geographic locations
simultaneously which can be complex and ad-hoc in nature, with cross-
functional initiatives for CoE (Center of Excellence) including Gap
Analysis, Business Refinement Process, Risk Analysis /
o Management and Supporting Go-Live and production activity.
o Strong skills with MS Project, Excel, and Word
o Quality Assurance (QA) methodology expertise
o Strong presentation skills. Must be able to work well with peers,
client managers, technical team members as well as the user community
o Excellent written and oral communications skills- proposal
development, Problem Solving/Analytical/reasoning skills,
Presentation, Interpersonal, Business, Training and Management Skills
with a proven strength in coordination and analysis.
o Preferred - Experienced in managing large scale QCtr migration.
